A letter of thanks form Russell Ames, General Manager of Door of Hope:

It takes a lot of support to keep the Door of Hope running. In our history we have had many individuals, groups and companies invest their time and money in helping our organization continue to grow. The list is much shorter though for people who have decided to become actively involved for more than one or two trips. We can’t thank you enough for the help you have planned and already begun. It is truly exciting for all of us at the Door of Hope to see how this pans out. The difference you have made to the Berea House on your first trip was amazing. Word across the staff has already spread at how nice the small babies room looks.

Just wanted to send you a brief thank you for the work you have already started. I can tell you that the House Mothers
(Thandi, Viviene) and myself are extremely excited and can’t wait for the next work day. Your staff were extremely helpful
and encouraging throughout the whole work day. Please let them know how appreciative we are of their service. The Berea House will definitely be in the best condition it has ever been since we bought the house in 2003.
